We will accept exchanges for items that do not fit or are the wrong size. Please email email@example.com to notify us of your desire to make a return or an exchange within 14 days of your purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If there is damage to the item as a result of shipping, please document it with your camera immediately when it arrives so that we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Send these photos to firstname.lastname@example.org right away along with your order number and we will take it from there.
To return your product, you should mail it to: Av. General Suarez 450, Miraflores. Lima PE 18. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
